How to Get the Most Out of the Ontario Home Show

The Ontario Home & Remodeling Show comes to the Ontario Convention Center April 16–18, 2027. With home improvement companies from across the Inland Empire under one roof, a little planning goes a long way. Here’s how to make the most of your visit.
1. Get your free ticket ahead of time
Admission is free. Reserve your ticket on Eventbrite before you go so you can walk right in.
2. Pick your top projects
Make a short list of what you’re considering, whether that’s solar, a kitchen remodel, new windows, a backyard makeover or an ADU. Check the exhibitor list as companies are announced and note who you want to visit.
3. Bring photos, measurements and a utility bill
Photos of the space, rough measurements and a recent electric bill (for solar, windows or HVAC) help exhibitors give you real advice and more accurate quotes.
4. Ask every company the same questions
Ask about California contractor licensing, warranties, timelines and exactly what’s included in the price. Asking each company the same questions makes it much easier to compare.
5. Look for show specials
Many exhibitors offer show-only deals. Ask what’s available and how long the offer lasts.
6. Plan your time
Show hours are Friday 12 pm to 6 pm, Saturday 10 am to 5 pm and Sunday 11 am to 4 pm. Give yourself at least an hour or two so you have time for real conversations with the companies on your list.
7. Follow up while it’s fresh
Snap photos of booth signs or grab business cards, then book in-home estimates with the two or three companies that stood out.
